owner - architect - consultant team and creates vital engaging communities. We are very cognizant of the fact that whatever the project type; whether independent living apartments, cottages, assisted living, memory support or nursing we are designing a home for the individual and the community.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
ARCHITECT LEVEL II
Certification as a licensed professional is required. Professional degree in Architecture, plus at least six years of related experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the client’s needs.

Provides professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large complex projects.

Independently applies advanced architectural concepts and designs.
-
Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures.

May provide technical guidance to less experienced architects.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS:
-
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in architecture
-
Architectural License
-
8+ years of professional experience
-
Expertise in developing work plans and project schedules
-
Expertise in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
-
Experience in AutoCAD, MS Office and SketchUp graphic software
-
Experience facilitating and presenting at public meetings and forums
-
Advanced experience in design, hand drawing and sketching
-
Write reports, business correspondence, contracts, and business development proposals

Expert in all aspects and phases of the architectural production process
-
Understanding of and ability to respond to the technical implications of design decision
-
Excellent communication skills to facilitate meetings with the client and project staff
-
Thorough knowledge of code requirements
