As the “Town Architect” SCA wrote the design guidelines and continues to review all new home submissions. Additionally, the firm has planned and designed many of the custom homes, the Villas, the Assisted Living/Memory Care, the signage, the pavilion and future clubhouse; and, is currently designing a multi-use wellness center. The wellness center includes amenity spaces designed to be flexible and make connection to outdoor rooms and gardens; and, to be open to the extended Lookout Mountain community, particularly local college students.
