In the Spring of 2019 Diakon engaged SCA to update the sixteen year old master plan originally conceived by SCA. Building upon the existing plan the team asked the question what should be done if all the existing buildings could potentially be replaced. The resulting master plan rebrands the look and feel of the community and relocates an enlarged healthcare building and expands the independent living options to include all new apartments, villa apartment buildings, additional cottages; and expanded common areas and amenities to accommodate a change of IL units from 280 existing to 323 new apartments and cottages.
