In an effort to keep up with their growing community and resident needs, Rydal Park once again teamed up with SCA to provide a comprehensive renovation and repositioning plan of their existing amenity spaces. These spaces include a renovated library, art room, and an expanded multi-purpose programming room. The project also includes a complete overhaul of the Hillside Building's underutilized 6th floor. This space is being transformed into four spacious apartments with exceptional views and modern finishes. SCA worked collaboratively with the Rydal Park team, using resident feedback as a baseline to ensure that all opportunities to improve the existing offerings are met.
