The project is the addition of approximately 72 independent living apartments with an enclosed connection to expanded amenities in the existing Commons Building on the campus of Luther Crest Retirement Community. The four-story, wood-framed, approximately 120,000 square foot building would expand into the existing north parking lot and would connect to the commons building on two levels. Apartments range from One-Bedroom with Den to a limited number of Three-Bedroom Apartments. There will also be some common spaces provided, including a large common Living Room and a Multipurpose Room.
