Located in Bluffton, SC, the project consists of 64 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom assisted living apartments; and, 32 private memory care rooms with associated common areas. Generously sized assisted living apartments range from 400 SF studios, to 500 SF one-bedrooms to 800 SF two-bedrooms. Residents enjoy a Club Room with wet bar, restaurant style dining with a display cooking area and a wellness and therapy component bathed with natural light.
