Scope:

Waterstone on Augusta is an approximately 104,000 square foot assisted living community consisting of 82 private, one-bedroom and two-bedroom assisted living apartments; and, 30 private and 3 shared memory care rooms with associated common areas. Located on Augusta Street in Greenville, SC residents will have access to local amenities including parks, shopping and restaurants. The community is planned to give abundant access to nature with two interior courtyards for assisted living residents and a third wandering courtyard for memory care residents. Residents will also enjoy a Club Room with wet bar, restaurant style dining with a display cooking area and a wellness component bathed with natural light and beautiful courtyard views. Waterstone is designed to respond to the timeless, classic homes in the nearby finer residential areas of Greenville, and thereby, give residents a greater degree of comfort and engagement with their surroundings and community.
