Scope:

The Luther Crest Commons Renovation transformed these primary community amenities into a state-of-the-art space offering greater choice and flexibility for the current and future residents. Double-loaded corridors and interior spaces with little access to natural light were opened up to allow better access to light and air as well as greater flexibility in the use of the space. With great attention to detail, SCA designed the renovation to provide a variety of spatial experiences for the resident, beginning with a gracious but intimate front lobby and reception and including a range of spaces from open and dynamic to intimate and serene. A quality project was delivered to the residents even with the added challenge of a phased, fast-track project necessitated by an existing roof failure; and, construction occurring while residents continued to use significant portions of the project.
